Conference Fee

Conference participation fee is:
350 EUR (physical attendance)
200 EUR (virtual attendance).

Conference fee for the payments after 30/10/2026 or in cash at the registration in conference is 400 EUR (250 EUR – virtual attendance).

Conference fee includes:
• Conference materials;
• Drinks and snacks during conference breaks;
• Lunches on 19 and 20 November and dinner on 20 November.

Reduced fees are applied for students:
200 EUR – without conference lunches and dinner;
250 EUR – including conference lunches and dinner.

All fees are applied pro person.

It is planned the cultural programme which optional and the information about that will be provided upon request.
